These are aimed at the general public and at workplaces. Following the murder of George Floyd and the death of Joyce Echaquan, BWCF wanted to offer its expertise to advance equity, diversity and inclusion in Canadian society. We offer 4 workshops:
1- What is EDI? Why does it matter?
2- What is Reconciliation with Indigenous people? How can we do it?
3- Who are the equity deserving groups and how to foster a sense of belonging in the workplace?
4- How can businesses recruit employees from underrepresented groups and ensure their retention?
